Carpet Cleaning Procedure
Upon arrival to your home, our technicians will ask to do a walk through with you. They will be wearing protective covers over there shoes while they are working in your home. They will also set up corner guards to protect your walls and a moving blanket in the front entry to protect your floor.
Once they are ready to get started, they always start cleaning at the furthest point away from the entry of your home and they work their way back towards the entrance.
On your carpets, we will apply a pre-spray treatment to the soiled areas with a hot pre-spray solution containing ingredients that break apart that soil-to- fiber bond as well as using an enzyme that will break the bond on protein stains caused by foods and other organic compounds.
Next, we will use a carpet brush to agitate the pre-spray on the traffic lanes that are most deserving of such a treatment. Once they have allowed the pre-treatment proper dwell time our technicians will commence with hot water extraction. As we are cleaning your carpet, our technicians will be using high velocity air paths to speed up the drying process.
After cleaning, we will apply an even spray of an anti-re-soiling agent to retard the re-soiling process on your carpet. This will help keep your carpets looking cleaner in between cleanings.

An additional service is allergy relief cleaning treatment. We are capable of effectively reducing the in-home allergy causing pollutants with our proven process. This process prevents allergic reactions most commonly caused by dust mites and pet dander for up to six months in a home. Allergy relief treatments can be for carpets and upholstery, including mattresses, sofas etc…. We also have an allergy relief laundry detergent we carry. This is helpful for washing blankets, clothes, etc.
